What is a conscience?
A conscience allows a person to make right or wrong decisions.

We must pray often to have a good relationship with God.

Baptism, Eucharist, Penance, Confirmation, Marriage, Holy Orders, and Anointing of the Sick
What are the two types of sin?
Mortal and venial sin
What are the spirit and the letter of the law?
The letter of the law is what is actually written out. The spirit of the law is the reasoning/understanding behind it.

Jesus gave us the Sacraments so that we could share in his life and be nourished by it. This is a sure way to receive the grace he won for us by his death and Resurrection.

Mortal sins are considered grave and are done with the full consent of the person's will. Venial sins are less serious sins.

Mental prayer occurs interiorly, while vocal prayer is spoken aloud.

Believe that Jesus is truly present in the Eucharist.
Observe the Eucharistic fast of one hour.
Spend time in thanksgiving after receiving Him.
What is a fair wage?
A fair wage is something that should be paid in order to provide for their family.

Canon law
What are two of the conditions for a war to be considered just?
The danger caused by the aggressor is lasting, grace, and certain.
All other means of putting an end to the aggression must have been shown to be impractical or ineffective. (We’ve tried talking, we’ve tried treaties, others have tried to intercede to prevent war, sanctions will not work, etc.)
There must be a serious prospect of success. We cannot go to war without a chance of winning. The cost of innocent life would be too great. If a war is to be just, we must be convinced that it will end well.
The use of arms must not produce evils or disorders graver than the evil to be eliminated. (We cannot retaliate in a way that is far greater than the damage cause to us. For example, if the kill ten men, we cannot kill one hundred thousand. We must not attack innocent civilians.
The decision of whether or not a war is just falls to those who have the responsibility for the common good. (A president and his advisers can determine if a war is just. Also, the Pope may advise if a war is just.)

What are two of the steps to make a good Confession?
Examine your conscience.
Have true sorrow (contrition) for your sins.
Resolve to not sin again.
Confess your sins honestly to a priest. Include how many times you have committed a sin.
Perform the prescribed penance.
What are the two kinds of law from God?
Revealed law and natural law
