Everyone talks about giving up smoking or drinking, but I feel like screen time is silently taking over our lives.
I’ve tried putting limits, but somehow I always end up on my phone again and like even if i try to uninstall apps then also hardly i stay off for max a week and then boom back to scrolling and wasting my time.
