Input Return>Taxes>Base Erosion Tax (8991) input screen> make inputs in the row "Gross receipts of the taxpayer" under each column for 1st preceding tax year, 2nd preceding tax year, and third preceding tax year. If the corporation did not have any gross receipts in a given year, enter -1 or the diagnostic will not clear.
