Follow your Access Path to the obstruction’s location on the floor.
Identify and physically remove the obstruction.
In MMA, select the obstruction only. Do not select any equipment.
Press In service and verify that the obstruction has been cleared from the MMA map.
What personnel can handle drives and pods?
Only UP-certified personnel may handle equipments in the AR floor

Escalate to RME if there is damage to the pod or the pod is unstable and don't continue interacting with the pod.
How to move a drive unit to a specific area?
Select drive, black circles must be present & viewed in selection, hold until grey drive appears, move drive to preferred area and let go. Confirmation statement will appear, select OK.
How can AFMs replace a fiducial?

What button and how many seconds to lower a pod & what should I make sure before lowering?
Lifter Override button should be held for 20 seconds (until lifter and bypass indicator are blinking)
Ensure the drive unit is facing you for easy access
Ensure there is nothing underneath the pod legs, including the rear legs.
Ensure pod is align perfectly on the floor.
How to fix a tunneled drive unit?
Visually inspect where drive is, create an OOS area where drive is, manage around the area that I need, call RME to remove drive off floor, store pods that need be moved to reach the drive unit.
How to identify and quarantine floor spill
Areas with clusters of multiple faulted drive units indicate that the area might be affected by a spill
Visually inspect the area and inform QB
Create a minimum of a 9x9 out-of-service area that is large enough to contain the entire area affected by the spill.
If the spill can be positively identified as non-hazmat material, use the appropriate tools to clean the spill completely.
