Define Great Migration

Emancipation Proclamation. It didn't go fully into effect as the war was still going on and the South was never going to follow it. The only way to truly end slavery was to win the war.

Change of identity, access to education, access to housing, access to jobs, right to vote, equal rights and treatment, justice
