They need to submit the utility-pre-authorized withdrawal change form (and attach a void cheque if required) at least 30 days before their next payment date.

If they have received a utility bill for a property that no longer belongs to them, or if theyare a tenant who accidentally received the property owner’s bill, they are not supposed to pay that bill.
