No. Propped doors can invite unwanted guests and pose a threat to the residential community.

Community building is creating a safe atmosphere where residents feel comfortable to be their authentic selves and engage with each other in extracurricular activities. Ex: active and passive programming, group texts/messages, knowing your residents by name, being available, etc.
Do all students need a parking permit to park on campus? If so, where can they go to get one?
Yes, students can visit the campus police office to obtain a parking sticker.

What is an active program?
Active programs are programs that are planned with your specific community and their needs in mind. These programs require active participation from your residents.
If you get a phone call from a parent, what should you do?
Refer them to your supervisor. You should not be discussing resident matters with anyone, even parents.

Passive programs are meant to convey information to your residents without requiring active participation from your residents.
