This goal seeks to address the lack of representation in the SGA elections, where 8 out of 9 races were uncontested, no student ran or applied for the Executive Vice President position, and only 3 students were elected as Senators, despite having 28 Senate seats available.

What is the May Mini Retreat?
This is an opportunity for students to engage with the Student Government Association (SGA) members in an informal setting. This event involves SGA members sitting down and eating with students on campus. The event allows students to meet with elected representatives, share their concerns, and provide feedback on university-related issues in a relaxed and casual environment.
