Are there any plans to upgrade Function Point? My impression is that FP is looking dated with so many drop boxes and so much clicking. I think it's time for a fresher look and drag and drop.

Setting to Change the Systems Language
For agencies which operate with a different first language it would be helpful to have the whole system convert to French, for example. While there is the option to change module names and printout terminology, a setting to change the internal language of the system would create consistency for staff and clients, especially when it comes to reporting.

Task section needs an all new design.
The task section of FP is pretty much unuseable in my opinion. This really needs to be reworked completely. Think Monday.com.

Edit Time in Work Planning View
I need to be able to edit time in pop up task window in Work Planning View. Currently, I have to open a new window to edit time and come bakc to it. Need to simplify this step.

Change the Dot Color in Job Summary to indicate different estimate status.
The current job summary has the same color dark blue dot for "Estimate Status." If the dot were red it would prevent the inadvertent invoice from being generated.

Visibility of Task Descriptions
It would be beneficial to have a short preview of a Task Descriptions on the cards within the Kanban view - alerting staff that there is more information to view before proceeding with the task.
Currently on the "Tasks - To Dos" list the descriptions is visible if you hover over the task. Similar functionality would work well, if not an icon.

We would like the Work Planning View to be much easier to view what Company and project name is assigned. We would like it to show Company and Project name, not the type of work. Type of work is not at all helpful on this view and the hover is very time consuming.

Percent complete Button on the dashboard
I have to make a lot of clicks to use the percent complete button. It would be much easier if I could do this while tracking time at the dashboard.

Improve Notes UX
When I want to add a note to a new project, what seems logical is to click on 'Notes' in the menu. But if a note has not been added yet, I get an error pop-up that reads that the Notes menu is disabled. (can't include a screenshot here.)
I find this counter-intuitive as it tells you the function is disabled. So I hunt around looking for information on how to enable the Notes which doesn't exist. I only have to click on 'Add new Note' to enable this function.
Hoping you can add this UX improvement to your road map.

delete warning pop up in schedule
a pop up warning in the schedule for when you are deleting tasks. We had over a 100 tasks deleted out of a schedule because someone was moving too fast, twice.

Limiting the list of AEs within Client Portal Request
When clients are creating a request in the Client Portal, the default AE displays in the "Account Executive" field, but the user is still able to pick from the list of any other AEs in the system. It would be ideal to adjust that list per company so the user is not randomly/unintentionally selecting someone who does not have alerts set up to receive briefs.

we would love to start using milestones on tasks, but you are unable to see them from the kanban board view which is our team's main view. We would like to add milestones like "PCA, internal review, or with client etc. " this would be super helpful to help keep tasks organized. Otherwise, we would like to customize the columns in the kanban board to have a "In reveiw" column. As of right now we are using completed as the "in review" and confirmed as completed as sort of a hack for this workflow.

User Interface Contrast
The FP UI has no contrast for different controls. No colour on buttons. It's all just a wash of grey and beige, resulting in eye fatigue scanning the interface back and forth, over and over. The result is a extremely homogeneous look and feel.
