Member is torn on what Chequing account to do- they do not like to pay monthly fee's and say they just want to stick with the Plan 24 because 10 transactions a month is more than enough! What is your best advice?
"A Plan 24 is not meant to be operated as a chequing account, but rather a savings account. There will also be upcoming changes to the Plan 24 where the monthly transactions will be reduced to 2 transactions instead of 10. My best advice would be to pick one of the chequing account we have now and we can work on setting up a savings plan to help you work towards keeping the daily minimal balance which will help you in reducing paying fee's!"
