No, Vekeo only needs to be selected if creating a registration page on Vekeo.com or if utilizing on demand.

Channel. Bonus: Integrations are tied to a client ID, which does not change event to event. Event registrations are tied to the event ID.

What is the difference between the Media Team and the Video Team?
Media Team handles Vekeo, Custom Caller IDs, transcripts and Custom Music Hold. Video handles Video, Facebook, YouTube and Social Center.

True, a Vekeo channel can be shared between 2 client accounts (think Marea/Citizen Dialog and how they share AARP clients) Bonus: False, website integrations are tied to a client account through the use of a client ID.
What are the differences between EZ vs Enhanced? (At least 4 differences to count)
Enhanced pages require a collaborator and delegate to create the page. EZ is a pop-up, enhanced is a full site. Links and Calls to Action can be made on an enhanced page. Once the event is live, the enhanced page will change to a streaming player, EZ will redirect to the channel page (which will also stream). Character limits.
What is an i-frame?
An i-Frame is a pre-structured element of code that can be inserted anywhere within a webpage layout.
What is the naming convention for an image to display before and after an event?

What Social Media platforms can we simulcast to? (Bonus 100) What does a client need to do to simulcast for each platform?
Facebook and YouTube
Bonus:
Facebook: A member of their team with admin credentials to the organizations Facebook page must join the interface 15minutes pre-event to log into their account.
Youtube: Client must provide the URL and stream key for the youtube live event in advance and the video team needs to be notified.
What is the difference between the delegate and the collaborator?
Collaborator is sent the first email from Vekeo. From here additional edits can be made such as adding links. Delegate is the final approver. Once the page is built to the specifics set by the collaborator the Delegate will recieve an email asking for approval of a page.
How do you send a link to an EZ registration page?
Right click on the EZ page from the channel and Copy Link Address
What are the 2 integration options that the client can choose for integration? How many i-frames are sent with each option?
Streaming only 1 i-frame, or full integration 3 i-frames.
If creating a shortened link for the streaming player, what is the domain that proceeds the slash tag?

Why does streaming have to be enabled for simultaneous events?
Once the events are linked, this allows questions from the secondary event to populate on the main event under streaming questions.

What is the difference between channel subscribers and event subscribers? (Bonus 100) Where is this set?
Channel subscribers will be called for all future events as long as channel based registrations are selected. Event Subscribers will only be called for the event they registered for. Bonus: This is set when creating the channel page, but selected on the event setup form.
If a client wants full integration, but does not want the OnDemand widget what needs to be done?
The OnDemand i-frame needs to be removed from the code.
Which 3 items can be collected from the pop-up when a participants logs into an event? (Bonus 100) Where are these items managed?
Name, email and zip code. Bonus: On the client edit page under Streaming Media Options.
Can animations or transitions be used during a slideshow presentation?
Yes! However, not using the standard audio streaming option. If a client would like animations or transitions, this will need to be hosted as a video event.
When participants register on Vekeo, what information is required? (Bonus 100) What is optional?
First and Last Name, Email address and phone number. Bonus: Street, City/Town, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, Country
What do you do if a client would like to edit the email recieved when a particpant registers on a Vekeo?
We cannot edit this. This is Broadnet-wide and so cannot be edited client by client.
What does API stand for, and what does it do?
Application Programming Interface. Allows two applications to talk to each other. In the case of Broadnet's integration, it allows the client's website and Broadnet's components to work together and share information, such as Date, Time, Client Name and event status.

If a client asks to share a streaming feed with another client what needs to be done?
If a client would like to stream to another clients' page a streaming only event needs to be booked under the secondary client account, events need to be linked and the video team needs to be notified.
