What do you do if an Angie’s List listing does not have an SPID and what does it mean?

2 answers.

1) Sometimes it does come through within 24 hours so always snooze for one day.

2) or there is a duplicate and you will need to reach out to Angie’s List. If no SPID after your snooze, this is likely the case.

How often should you set an appointment for phone verifications?

Every 2 or 3 days. 

Keeping in mind - more outgoing calls are more potential verifications! There should be no more than 3 days in between for follow up with an onboarding customer.

When can you send through Nextdoor after filling out the support form to remove the duplicate?

When Nextdoor emails that they have merge/removed the listings.

1) Fill out Google support form

2) See if you can request Ownership from the Gmail, this way you can add the Agency Dashboard into the listing. You can always let the customer know you are going to drop our access to management once we have done so.
