When shipping method is FedEx:
-Search their email for FedEx AND Ticketmanager.
-This is the only shipping method where tickets are physically shipped.
When shipping method is Transfer:
-Search their email for Ticketmanager, Ticketmaster, and keywords from the Local Pass event name like the name of the performer or sports team.
When shipping method is Hand Delivered, this is the same as Transfer, but the ticket email can come from another ticket service.
-These tickets are not physically shipped. "Hand delivered" means that the team responsible for emailing the tickets had to do it "by hand" instead of letting their system do it.
-Search their email for Ticketmanager, Ticketmaster, and keywords from the Local Pass event name like the name of the performer or sports team.
When shipping method is E-tickets:
-Search their email for Ticketmanager, Ticketmaster, and keywords from the Local Pass event name like the name of the performer or sports team.
When shipping method is Will Call
-they will get an email with information about it from Ticketmanager
