What is a mandated reporter? 

At the Boys & Girls Club, this means if you see or suspect that a child is being hurt, unsafe, or not cared for properly, you must tell the proper authorities right away reporting it to your supervisor and then calling protective services. 

You don’t need to prove anything you just need to report what you see, hear, or suspect.
