What is my "before school" duty time?
It is extremely important to speak personally to all parents regarding their children. All teachers are encouraged to have perfect (100%) attendance during this twice a year activity.
What is attendance at Parent Teacher conferences?
All teachers will be expected to publish and distribute this document to parents a minimum of once per month.

NO tank tops/spaghetti strap shirts
NO blue jeans (except on Fridays or as designated by the school leader)

NO clothing with frayed areas or holes; this also applies for “dress down” days.

NO clothing, jewelry and body art/adornment that is provocative, revealing, indecent, vulgar, obscene, or profane
What is the dress code?
Telephone your Assistant Principal and/or Principal before 7:00 am to inform them of this situation
What time do I need to report my absence?
Teachers are expected to communicate with a minimum of 5 families per week. The communications should be logged in Synergy.
What is the Home-School communication log policy?
Empty waste baskets, vacuum, dust, mop, clean restrooms and restock paper goods and soap.
What are the responsibilities of the school janitors?
Teachers will do this every morning at 8:25
What time do teachers greet students?
Title 1 employees must complete this form by the 15th of every month
What is the Time and Effort Log?
Using UltiPro, employees shall be responsible for completing weekly and submitting by Friday of the work week.
What time is my timesheet due?
All items to be sent home to parents must first be reviewed and approved by administration.
What is the Invitations, Flyers and Notices policy?

What is reporting maintenance and technical requests?
Teachers will keep this binder in the front office that should include current rooster, classroom procedures, routines and expectations, the daily schedule, and emergency activities by content area.
What is the Substitute binder?
Teachers are expected to attend a variety of school functions and events. The requirement is a minimum of 2 events per quarter.
What is the event attendance requirement?
Completed by teachers and submitted to the office manager one month prior to the off campus activity so that lunches and transportation can be planned
When is the field trip form due?
Teachers are responsible for checking this two times daily.
What is the mailbox policy?
While we accept all students, including those students who may come to us behind academically, we encourage all of our students to reach their full potential by providing a safe, nurturing, and challenging educational environment – where all students will succeed.
What is the Middle School Mission?
Fraternization between staff members and students via the internet, personal email accounts, social networking websites, text or picture messaging, or other modes of virtual technology is strictly prohibited.

What time is official attendance due?
Teachers must take green bag with them and check roll to ensure that all students have exited the building.
