Check to see if that committee's tasks are done. If they are, request that those members go help the President finish their final tasks.

Ask other committee heads if they need assistance, if they do, assist them. If they don't get feedback from members about upcoming/past events. After that, send them on their way as to not waste their time or yours.

Ensure the members complete their tasks. Double check the President's tasks to ensure they are completed and the event is ready to go.

Complete their setup tasks as soon as possible. This tasks precedent over informing cabinet/advisors of their absence. Delegate to members if need be, use them to support you.
