This role enables the facilitator to focus solely on the learners and the learning experience. As the technical expert; they run the technology of the software platform and handle any technical issues that arise.

During the session you should constantly monitor this pod.
Chat
This role assists in the beginning to help participants connect and get the session off to a good start. They do not stay for the entire session but do often remain available to be called back in if assistance is needed.

Prepare Mode
For this activity you can evenly distribute, randomly assign and rotate participants.

The primary focus of this role is the technical and logistical success of the session and may also be skilled to teach segments of the session if needed, but in a secondary role to the facilitator.

How many minutes is the most common length of virtual classes?
60 minutes
Opens a space on your screen that is visible to hosts/presenters but invisible to participants. Any pods can be manipulated without participants seeing it.
Presenter Only Area
It’s a good idea to start and then pause this allowing it to finish buffering before you press play. This will prevent play back problems for attendees with a lower bandwidth.
Video Sharing
In Adobe this role sets up a meeting, invites guests, adds content to the library, shares content, and adds or edits layouts in a meeting room. This role also promote others, manage audio, and create/manage breakout rooms.
