A capias is a warrant for arrest. A show cause is an order issued for someone to appear before the court on their own recognizance.
What are probation expectations for firearms?
I will not use, own, possess, transport or carry a firearm. This also means that you should make efforts to not be able to access the firearms of others when living in someone's home or being in their vehicle - for YOUR security.
What is restitution?
Money owed to an entity that the court determines is a victim of a crime. Not every case is ordered to pay restitution.

What do you do if you are experiencing a mental health emergency?

Shadowtrack is a phone app used by the VA Department of Corrections in a variety of ways. All probationers are expected to have Shadowtrack downloaded and logged in at all times.
What is a decision point and where does it come in to play?
A decision point is the time between when you identify your thoughts/feelings and you decide how to react to a situation.
Coping skills can be used to reduce stress/improve mental wellness. Give an example of a stressful situation and a positive coping skill that could be used in the situation.
