Standard tier is the most likely, since they will not have room to scale out and might not need to go up a model. However, live optics should be run to confirm CPU needs and message the value of the Select program in future proofing the appliance if you were to add on new workloads.

On SC you can have automatic failover and migration capabilities with live migration, live volume, and volume advisor.
With PowerStore there are no failover capabilities, migration is manual, and it is mainly to simplify management.

While we do have self encrypting drives, we are in the process of getting FIPS certification. We have other storage products in the portfolio with FIPS certified encryption that we can look at.
