A good example of this could be the anime “Full metal alchemist” . The first 30 seconds of the pilot episode is the middle of a fight scene with no context. Eventually we do learn  what's going on but not initially.

A good example of this could be when someone goes, no pun intended but that guy is on fire. Meaning they could be doing really good but also be on fire.
