What is a Key Detail?
Key details support or explain the main idea in a story or passage
What does predator mean? Show me an example of a predator
Animals that live by eating other animals. Ex: tiger, lion, cheetah
What does the word celebration mean?
To celebrate something
What does the word features mean? Use it in a sentence.
The details or specific traits of something. Ex: The animal has distinct features.
What does the word pattern mean? Give me an example of a pattern in nature
What two noun types did we discuss this week? Explain what they are and give me an example of each.
Concrete: can physically touch/taste/smell/hear it. Like a dog or ice cream
Abstract: cannot physically touch/taste/smell/hear it. Like happiness or knowledge
What does protection mean? Show me what it looks like to protect yourself
To cover yourself or create safety. Ex: cover your head or face

You can wash it.
What does the word nature mean? Give an example
