Jeopardy is a game that asks general knowledge questions on TV. On TV, the numbers on the chart indicates the difficulty of the question and how much money you would receive if you answered correctly.
Traditional Jeopardy is usually a statement.

Usually you only have 30 seconds per question. However, we will only be playing this for a maximum of 30 minutes so we will spend around 1-3 minutes per question.
Traditionally, you respond with the answer as a question with the words "what is" in front of your answer.

However, we will be answering questions as normal to practice your speaking, reading, reading comprehension, listening and writing skills.
When you're unsure of what a term means, I will explain what the word means, or ask you to look it up and write it down in the vocabulary chart that I have given you.
Another way of saying reprimand is to tell someone they have done something seriously wrong.
Example answer: I didn't do my homework when I promised that I would.
Once you have written the term down, you can complete the rest of the chart on your own time.
