He gets the Cyclops drunk off of wine and when he is passed out, Odysseus and his men blind him with a hot club by jamming it straight into his eye. OR Odysseus ties his men to the bottom of the sheep so when the Cyclops opens the cave to let the sheep out to pasture Odysseus and his men escape. (The Cyclops only feels the top of the sheep.)
