Do, very important to look at give three pumps in your firm handshake if they offer you their hand to shake.  Your hand shake should be a light to firm squeeze.  Do not shake a fish limp and barely touching their fingers.

Eye contact can be tough but if you feel uncomfortable focus their nose or forehead to help the eyes stay in the interviewers direction.
