The PI and department administrator must work together to make sure that all documents are submitted for proper closeout and maintain responsibility to keep and furnish grant records in the event of an audit

A resubmission occurs when the original application was not selected for funding by the agency, and the applicant wishes to apple again.

Payments for professional services, equity holdings, IP, Patents, licenses, royalties, service on boards, gifts, reimbursements

•NIH F-RPPRs and Final Invention Statements are routed to OSP for review, approval, and submission via eRA Commons
