Document on the belongings sheet and give directly to CN immediately.
CN will be sure illegal substances are disposed of properly and razor is placed in sharps bin. CN will inform parents and tx team.

No way Jose! Let them know you need them to show their head and neck or you will need to come visualize them.

How do we complete a VSR if the patient has their head under a blanket?
Have a second staff with you, gently wake the patient and remind them to keep their head/neck uncovered.

A 7 year old patient has three pairs of PJs with drawstrings, how do we proceed?
If Pt asked us to cut the strings, contact Pt's parents to get permission to cut due to Pt's age.

Oh no! You go the the computer and realize you missed the 7:30 VSR, you completed the 7:45 and now it is 7:50! What do you do?
Complete the next rounding as scheduled and document it. Leave the 7:30 timeslot blank and put in a SafetyNet!
