In what order should you complete the steps below before driving away with a trailer? HINT: there are only a couple things you must do in a particular order on this list

1. Have a spotter check the trailer lights when using turn signals, the brakes, and in reverse

2. Lock the trailer doors

3. Remove the three trailer chocks and place them in the back of your vehicle

4. Connect the trailer coupler to the trailer ball and lock the coupler to the hitch

5. Connect the trailer lights and make sure the cord is off the ground

6. Cross the chains and hook them to the vehicle, making sure they are not touching the ground

As long as you check the trailer lights after connecting the light cord and DO NOT remove the chocks before connecting and locking the trailer coupler to the hitch, you're correct!
