How is a black-hole created?

The atoms take over the star till it has no more energy to fight against it and then the star enlarges till it explodes making a supernova and a small little black-hole that will get bigger and bigger the more energy, light, and matter it eats.

What is the rarest thing in the Universe?

Antimatter is, Antimatter is a type of matter composed of antiparticles, which are counterparts to normal particles such as protons, electrons, and neutrons. Antimatter is extremely rare in the universe and is difficult to produce and contain due to its tendency to annihilate upon contact with normal matter.
