To congratulate the student on today's class and to give the students feedback on their performance with strategies to improve, e.g. study habits, and to tell them if they continue or repeat the Encounter class.
What is/are the differences between an Encounter and a Complementary Class?
An Encounter has a maximum of 5 students, while a Complementary Class has a maximum of 9. Secondly, an Encounter Class is assessed to see if the student is ready to move on to the next unit, whereas a Complementary Class is not. Finally, Complementary Classes encompass more than one level: Level 1 = 1, Level 2 = 2, N2 = L3-5, N3 = L6-9, N4 = L10-13, N5 = L14-17, N6 = L18-20.
