There were 4 filters, they can each manage 1 million gallons so the maximum amount that the facility can manage is 4 million gallons.

All doors are locked and any shipments that come in must be monitored.

It is a positively charged polymer that attaches to sediment in the water making it bigger and easier to filter.

Which government agency monitors water quality and what does this mean for quality and regulations?
Water is governed by the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and NOT the FDA (food and drug administration). This means that they have more rigid or strict guidelines to follow than the food that we eat.

Why was the chlorine holding tank smaller than the rest......... (half life?)

The half life of chlorine is 14 days so they need to use it quickly and cannot store too much at any time. 

Freya hates the smell of chlorine.
