No! If the weatherizing of the home cannot impact the home due to major repair needs, we cannot weatherize and first need to refer the home for home repair!

What does the Lifeline Program provide?
Receive a fixed monthly rate for up to 4,500 gallons (equivalent to 6 CCF) of water used for Detroit residents only.
