This region includes Canada, United States of America, Mexico, Venezuela and Columbia.
What is Americas?
These are the group of people who sell our services to the end users and are the people who we will mostly communicate with over the phone.
What are/Who are Customers?
These are suppliers who contacts or coordinates with the hotel, for a specific local destination, in our behalf.
What are DMC/Local Suppliers?
These are hotels that offer high quality amenities and the highest level of personalized service.
What are Luxury Hotels?
BB - Which mean the room offered has breakfast included in the rate
What is Bed and Breakfast/Breakfast rate?
This region is located in the South East Pacific Ocean area and is where the Great Wall can be seen.
What is Asia Pacific?
These are the end users that use our services.
What are/Who are travelers/guests?
These are suppliers whom we have a yearly contract with (including rates, availability and meal plan), but it is our Contracting Team who manages the rates and availability.
What is Direct Contract?
These are hotels that are located near the airport and may give free transportation between the airport or hotel.
What are Airport Hotels?
RO - Which means there are no meals included in the rate.
What is Room Only?
This region's local business hour usually starts at approximately 2:00 PM PH time and is famous for it's vast desserts, Pyramids and the Mecca.
What is Middle East & Africa? (If Middle East is the only answer given, it can be considered.)
These are the hotels, transfers or tour operators that provide services, rates and availability to us - to sell to our customers.
Who are/What are suppliers?

This is a kind of supplier, wherein WebBeds has a yearly contract with a hotel. However, the rates and availability are managed by an external company.
What is Channel Manager?

Based on room occupancy, these are rooms for single occupancy which can have either a single bed or a big bed.
What is a Single Room?
FOC - which is usually used when we are reaching out to a hotel to get a cancellation penalty fee waiver
What is Free of Charge?
This region is where the Greenwich Median Time can be seen, together with Count Dracula's castle, the Big Ben and the Eifel Tower, among others.
What is Europe?
These are people from WebBeds who reach out to hotels and negotiate direct contracts, including rates, availability, etc. If there are escalations to Direct Contract hotels, we can contact them.
What are/Who are Contracts Managers?
This is a kind of supplier wherein WebBeds is connected to the hotel chain's reservation system directly.
What is Dynamic (Hotel Chain)?

These are hotel rooms that are next to each other and there is NO door inside to connect them with each other.
What are Adjoining Rooms?
LPO - also called a booking form or booking document - and is what we send to Direct Contract and DMC suppliers to notify them manually that we have made a booking and they need to accept and confirm the booking
What is Local Purchase Order
This region includes the Australia and New Zealand sub-continents.
What is Asia Pacific?

These are the people who we consider as our customers or clients.

What is Intercompany?
These are hotel rooms wherein hotels offer serviced apartments with rates created for guests who would like to stay longer in a hotel.
What are extended stay hotels?
