The MSO allows us to follow-up with refs and verifs. This site/software allows peer references to return forms the quickest.

Your dr. was granted temps and their file goes to next month's meetings for full privs. After completing out the file with dates, you cloned the file, switched it to FULL, and added in the next assignment number. The cancellation reason for your repeat with the same assignment number is this.
