Additional testing are tests that a participant might receive on their report in addition to our standard panel. A1c, PSA, TSH are the most popular ones.
Additional tests can be elected by the client and ran on all participants with certain criteria OR participants might be allowed to purchase them separately. Check HS or the vendor's site to confirm.
If an employee calls or emails for assistance on behalf of their spouse and they have all of the identifiers ready to verify, how should you handle the inquiry? Bonus: Share an example of how you have handled this in the past.
