LabCorp is available through eHS and WCS. Quest has patient service centers. ExamOne does not have this option.

PCP Forms are forms that a participant takes to their doctor to have their biometric screenings completed with them. HC360 processes PCP forms and some vendors process them. HC360 forms are processed by our team and there is now a feature on myHC for participants to upload on their own!

Additional testing are tests that a participant might receive on their report in addition to our standard panel. A1c, PSA, TSH are the most popular ones.
Additional tests can be elected by the client and ran on all participants with certain criteria OR participants might be allowed to purchase them separately. Check HS or the vendor's site to confirm.
If an employee calls or emails for assistance on behalf of their spouse and they have all of the identifiers ready to verify, how should you handle the inquiry? Bonus: Share an example of how you have handled this in the past.
Let the employee know that we are happy to help the spouse, but they must reach out on their own for assistance. If the spouse is present on the phone call and gives verbal permission, you may then offer assistance.
