Stop. Let the doctor know. 2 options: give patient first set of aligners to wear and get used to them, while we reset treatment and get new set of aligners. Or, place all attachments except tooth in question, and repeat from above

Wear of the tooth, abfractions. Constant fluctuation of the tooth when forces are not evenly distributed it breaks the tooth right at the gum line.
How do we know that pt has elastics as part of the treatment?
It is on IPR sheet on the reverse side indicated by one black line
what instructions do we give patient when dispensing bleaching tubs to them
brush your teeth first, dry tray and place one drop of gel into each slot for each tooth. Use overnight. pro tip place syringe tip down and press a bit for gel to start dispensing and it will avoid a big blub of gel bursting out
What if pt got delivery today and seems very anxious about everything and we still need to do IPR or give elastics, what can we do to make end of the visit better?
Once done placing attachments, let the doc know the situation and most likely we will Give only 2 trays and bring pt back for IPR/elastics
Do we need to take a new scan if pt cracked their night time retainer? Retainers fit fine and no issues
No. We order new set of retains from the last scan

We do not give them next set of aligners until the balance gets paid.

Bite ramps, and they show up on the last two aligners and also in overcorrection aligners

There is a high possibility that the retainer will not fit and the cost for a new retainer is $150.
Ask pt to bring their retainer, may be used to make temp crown
IF we did not do the crown, there is also a cost for a SCAN $200
