Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter

Small drops of water that falls from the sky

Where would you find a desert?
Middle East, Mexico, or hot, dry places,
Something you would wear in summer.
Sunglasses, Shorts, sandals, flip-flops, t-shirts, swimsuit
The season where everything is bright, plants bloom, and warmer than winter.
Spring
An area of the upper states (New York) with nice, mild weather. They have all four seasons.
Continental
Huge, dark grey, blue or black clouds mean what could be coming?
A thunderstorm.
What is the CLIMATE of a rain forest?
Hot, wet, muggy, lot of plants and animals
Something you would wear in fall OR winter?
Sweaters, long pants, mittens, coat
In what season do leaves fall?
Fall
Hot, wet weather with a lot of rain, usually by water
tropical
A large, dry wind funnel that forms from hot and cold air.

What clothes do we need to stay warm in winter?
A heavy coat, sweater, leggings and pants, boots, hats, mittens
What season would you see snow?
Winter

Mountainous.

What is Louisiana's climate?
Swamp, sub-tropical.
What could you wear in spring but NOT in fall?
Shorts, t shirts,
What could you do in ALL 4 seasons?
Walk a pet, go to school, play games, you name it!
Where would we see a lot of sand with NO water?
A desert!

What is the USA's climate?
ALL OF THEM!
Sub-tropical, desert, polar, mountainous, prairy, continental.
In what season would you wear a light jacket outside?
Fall and spring.
