How long does it take for the WM & MH product to dry?
MH: 20min - 30 min
When will my technician be out?
Within 2 weeks probably sooner, we don’t want to overpromise and underdeliver, you never know what the weather will do. We will text you the day before they come out.
Can a customer use different cards for WM and MH services?
No.

At what point does a WM technician call or text a customer before an application or inspection?
They don't! Is is not standard for a technician to call or text prior to servicing our customers.
When do we treat for Dalligrass and how many apps?
Only in the fall. 2 apps, put down two weeks apart.
What do we do if they do not have an email?
If a customer does not have an email, we will mail their confirmation, but they need to call us after each visit if they need their invoice. They will not get any notifications we might send out warning of drought or bronzing etc.
How long do we recommend a customer wait to mow their lawn?
Ideally, 2 days before and two days after we treat.

How long/ how soon should product be watered in and how often should you water?
All products need to be watered within 7-10 days (raining counts). 3x/week for 45 minutes - 1 hour promoted deep saturation of water, which promotes deep root growth.

How long do you have to wait in between treatments?
21 days but you do not have to keep up with it, we do that, just let us know if you need a re application and we will be out there as soon as we can do that re app. We do not want to over treat.
How long will it take to see results with weed control?
You will see results as we go along, the weeds will take 7 to 10 days before you see them turn yellow, if you still have weeds after 3 weeks, please give us a quick call and we will have your technician back out to re- treat with 24 to 48 hours weather permitting.
Can we do anything about damage due to dog urine?
Our fertilizer is designed to fill in bare spots, however the problem lies with the continued use of the same area (just like parking a car on the grass). Our fertilizer will cause the grass around it to try to fill in that area, but if the dog continues to use the same area it will not allow grass to grow.
