It is important to distribute snacks, materials, etc that LOOK like the same amounts, because children do this.

This, is a form of indirect bullying that includes manipulation and exclusion.
What is Relational Bullying.
We can prevent confusion and reduce conflicts by not overwhelming children with too many choices at once. Keep instructions short and simple because of this.
What is one-at-a-time thinking.
Children are less prone to conflict when they receive this, instead of praise.
What is encouragement.
