We use these to help us drive the case forward, often used to list steps that need to be taken by PHL and other assistance centers, if they cannot immediately be completed during the first call. Reflexive ones are used as reminders to ourselves

This tool is updated by our GAN team and includes information on providers with whom we have vetted and established a working relationship. We are able to trust the information within this tool and often use it to help manage our cases

We offer our clients both ACCESS and SERVICE Contracts. This type of contract INCLUDES Evacuation, Repatriation, Repatriation of Mortal Remains, Return of Minor Child and Compassionate visits
