What should you double check before uploading a roster (common mistakes)?

  • Any extra rows (i.e. the instructions at the top) are deleted

  • All required fields are filled out

  • No formulas or hyperlinks are in your roster (if there are, you’ll need to “paste values only”

  • Skill Codes/Types are in the correct columns (it’s easy to switch these by accident!)

What is the overview of the procedure for handling an incident reported by the school?


  • Obtain testimony, get as many details as possible (also remember to confirm whether or not they have already spoken to the GT about the incident and if they want an exclusion)

    • Thank the school and let them know you will be speaking directly with the GT

  • If this GT is supposed to return to this campus, find out if the school would like a replacement GT and if the GT should be excluded from future assignments


  • Reach out to the GT to hear their testimony and get as many details as possible 

    • If you do not hear from the GT after 2 attempts, let them know that if they do not return your call, their account will be deactivated

  • Once you’ve gathered this information, determine appropriate action

  • Always circle back with the school to let them know of any action taken

    • Keep it vague to ensure that the school knows it was handled but without giving away too much information (i.e. the GT has been excluded”)
