Track is OOS. Stop short, notify Yard Supervisor if not sure for reason of flag.
What must a train operator do after a change has been made in the size of a train?
Brake check within 50', and check car meter for correct number of cars.

The LRV is not in a safe position to allow another LRV to move past it
When making a move in the yard, what must a train operator do?
Have a cab window open, have mirrors adjusted, make outside PA of LRV moving on specific track, sound two short horn signals, allow sufficient time for persons on or around LRVs to move to a position of safety.
