What are the rules for grouse?
Must remain in group, not allowed to participate in activities that require waivers, must be on time for attendance, must not go out of the boundary map (find this on EventAir), if you go on the chairlift you have to be on the way down from it by 3:00pm latest.

You arrive at Grouse. What should you do?
Teams your headcount, keep students on the bus and review expectations first
A student tells you at 12:15 PM: “I don’t want to go to Grouse, I don’t feel well. Can I just stay back?”
What is refer them to the wellness team?
A student not in your buddy group asks you to sign them into attendance a few minutes early because their SLA isn’t in the classroom yet.
What is not signing them in / redirecting them to their SLA?
A student from your floor is on the list of students who still need to be signed in for attendance, what do you do?
Knock on their doors check washrooms and ask other students till they are found, added to a buddy group and scanned in

There is a boundary map they can find in EventsAir that they must stay within the bounds of. This map has the classrooms pinned as home base, as well as a few other key points downtown as SLA stationed spot.They should be remaining in their buddy groups. They should be aware of their excursion check-out attendance time
