- put my chair down
- put my snack away
- eat my breakfast
- answer the question on the board
- sit quietly in my seat waiting for announcements
- during partner/group work

- when Miss.D says you can chat

Listen for directions for the day.
When is it ok to play tag in the classroom?

Where should you put your Chromebook when you get into the classroom?

When is it ok to talk over Miss.D, interrupt, or blurt out?

When does the work need to be turned in for flex?
by the end of the class period.
When is an appropriate time to go to the bathroom or get a drink of water?
- during a brain break
- at the end of the day
- during independent work.
How should small groups look?
- working productively
- not goofing off with friends
- low flow voice level/ staying on topic
- cleaning up and rotating when the timer goes off
How should you greet Miss.D in the morning?
- say good morning!
- answer the check in on the door
- tell her what you want for lunch

NO. not unless you want to fail 5th grade :)
