The Prophet (ﷺ) added, "By Him in Whose Hands my soul is, the smell coming out from the mouth of a fasting person is better in the sight of Allah than the smell of musk. Everything is true about Laylatul Qadr Except?

1. We should seek Laylatul Qadr in last 10 nights, specially odd night,  of Ramadan.

2. Its sign is that the sun appears on the morning following it smooth having no rays on it, just like the moon on a full moon night. Shaytan is not allowed to come out with it (the sun) on that day. (Tafsir Ibn Kathir Surah Al-Qadr)

3. "The matters are determined during it, and the times of death and provisions are measured out (i.e., decided) during it."

4. the angels descend in abundance including Jibril AS in the Night of Al-Qadr due to its abundant blessings. The angels descend with the descending of blessings and mercy,

5. With the start of the last ten days of Ramadan, the Prophet (ﷺ) used to tighten his waist belt (i.e. work hard) and used to pray all the night, and used to keep his family awake for the prayers.

6. None of the above

When exactly must one stop eating and drinking if one is going to fast? Is it the adhan of Fajr when the muadhdhin says Allahu akbar, or what is the exact time? What should I do if the cup is at my mouth and I am drinking and the call to prayer begins?

One should stop eating and drinking, etc. as soon as he hears the adhan of Fajr, if he knows that the muadhdhin gives the call on time. But if he is not sure about that, then he should limit it to drinking what is in his hand.

That depends. If the muezzin is giving the adhaan for subh (fajr) (he is giving the adhaan when dawn has really started), then you must stop eating and drinking, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Do not stop your suhoor when you hear the adhaan of Bilaal, for he gives the adhaan at night, so eat and drink until Ibn Umm Maktoom gives the adhaan.” The basis for this appears in the aayah (interpretation of the meaning):

“and eat and drink until the white thread (light) of dawn appears to you distinct from the black thread (darkness of night)” [al-Baqarah 2:187]

When was fasting the month of Ramadan made obligatory?

How many Ramadan our beloved Prophet ﷺ fasted?

How many Ramadan he ﷺ traveled and how many he spent entirely in Madinah?

Fasting was made obligatory in the second year of the Hijrah (migration) of Muhammad ﷺ. And thus our Prophet fasted nine Ramadans.

He travelled in the year of Badr, the second year of the Hijrah, and in the eighth year, the year of the Conquest of Makkah. And seven years; all of them he spent in Madīnah. Year three, four, five, six, seven, nine and ten; he ﷺ fasted all of them entirely in Madīnah.

English - Sahih International: The month of Ramaḍān [is that] in which was revealed the Qur’ān, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion. So whoever sights [the crescent of] the month,[1] let him fast it; and whoever is ill or on a journey - then an equal number of other days. Allāh intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship and [wants] for you to complete the period and to glorify Allāh for that [to] which He has guided you; and perhaps you will be grateful.

In theory, there are four ways how Allah Subhanahuwatala responds to our du’a. What are those?

Remember Allah Subhanahuwatala Said:

"When My slaves asks you concerning Me, I am Near. I respond to the call of the caller when he calls upon Me." (Quran 2:186)

"Ask of me and I shall respond." (Quran 40:60)

1. Gives us what we want now.

2. Gives us what we want at a time when Allah believes is appropriate.

3. Removes something evil from our future.

4. Stores it up for the hereafter.

Hadith: There is no Muslim who calls upon Allah with words in which there is no sin or severing of family ties but Allah will give him one of three things: either He will answer his prayer soon, or He will store it up for him in the Hereafter, or He will remove something bad from him that is equivalent to what he is asking for.
