C: Confess/Choose. Confess that we want God to be in charge of our life and that we want to live for Him!

Does the Holy Spirit live in everyone? (ALL people on the planet?) 

No. The Holy Spirit dwells/lives in believers of Jesus. The Holy Spirit can still move and guide non-believers to repent, but it does not dwell in them, changing them.

We can pray for the people of India to know Jesus and for the missionaries who are there telling people about Jesus.

No! The law does not change us but serves to show us our sin and how we are not perfect. We are only changed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
