When in the dining hall, a staff should be seated at each table or positioned on either side of the dining hall. When on the PRTF unit, a staff should be in from of the door leading down to the empty pod and one in the group area. When on the ARU, a staff should be in the group area and one in the girls hallway.

Cabinets staying locked, Staff does clients laundry/ laundry doors must stay locked while the clients are awake. Towels and bedding stay locked up. Staff must monitor the cabinets when they are opened. Spray must in in staffs hand and when not in use they must be locked back up in the cabinet. No low talking. Only one client in their bedroom at a time.
whats the policy when a client AWOLs during an outing?
instantly call 911. calling the building and alerting staff there. Getting the remaining clients back to WellFully immediately. Please do not go looking for the client.
