The anual cost of metformin for a patient is 35.56 with a OCT/PA of 30%.
The cost of Sitagliptin metformin for a patient is 1088.40 with an OCT/PA of 60%
As a pharmacist I notice that 100 patients are not achieving adequate glycemic control.
I can suggest a change to Sitagliptin/Metformin using this process.
