It's an organized space established for our staff of different levels & identities that co-create and inform WEH policies and practices with a lens of diversity, inclusion, and accountability.

In what ways did West End House connect and support with families before launching virtual programs?

West End House hosted 4 Town Hall meetings to engage families and caretakers, and created 2 weeks of social media video challenges.

How has WEH addressed Equity within Club Programs?

Our work is inherently rooted in addressing inequities. We have Girls Science, Passport to manhood, and Smart girls Club. We prioritize supporting men of color academically & in secondary education, and regularly supports English Language learners through our Data-driven Reading Buddies program. We also leverage relationships with corporate and educational affinity groups in Boston. We can do more.
