Don't get me wrong, deepfakes can be used for humor, but in most instances they are abused through trying to hurt others (ie. politics/elections, competition within social media can lead to pressure to deepfake to meet standards, or just to fu*k someone over in general)
However, banning deepfakes is not an option because a myriad of things such as films, would also have to be banned.
