This is the Free Application for Federal Student Aid used to determine financial aid from federal resources and from many state resources.

These four colleges (UCSD, San Diego State, UCI, San Marcos) are colleges AVID 11 may see.
What is the overnight trip?
A form of financial aid that must be repaid back.

AVID Students do this to plan out their week.
What is writing in your planner?
Colleges do not require this standardized test anymore.
What is SAT or ACT?
Often called a four-year degree program, this degree is granted for completion of a course of study.
What is a bachelor's degree?
Depending on what college, all colleges require students to maintain a minimum of this to apply to a school.

How many credits do you need by the end of your senior year to graduate high school?

Often done in 2 years (can take longer), this degree can be completed and received at the community college level.

Cal State Fullerton.
This is a form of financial aid based on your GPA. There are three types.
By your senior year and college, AVID students must be able to regulate themselves and have accountability.
What is self regulation?
The permanent academic record of a student at a high school. It has all courses taken, grades received, academic status and honors received.
What is a transcript?
Completion of this post-graduate degree program, the person will now carry the title "Dr."
